Owning the license to publish a renowned magazine like National Geographic in four countries is a costly affair, says Leif Jonasson, Director of Editorial Systems at the Copenhagen-based Bonnier Publications. So when an opportunity to team up with Bonnier Publications’ counterpart in Estonia came up, Bonnier Publications took it.

Teaming up with the Estonians meant freeing up significant resources. For example, Bonnier in Denmark went from having four full-time employees working on the National Geographic magazine to having one part-time employee working on it.

Watch Leif Jonasson explain how this partnership has become successful with Bonnier’s cross border publishing expertise combined with the zoning, flat planning and monitoring tools in CCI NewsGate.
