CCI AdDesk Production - System

CCI AdDesk Production is based on an open architecture running in a client/server environment, which reduces the load on the database and ensures a quick response time for the end user.

Powered by an Oracle SQL database running on UNIX servers. The database stores all the ad elements, from logos, graphics and images as well as the administrative information such as customer accounts, insertions, etc. Industry standard graphics formats such as PDF, EPS and TIFF are supported.

Workstations can be either Windows 2000/XP PCs or Power Macintoshes running Mac OS X or a combination of both. The workstations give the user access to standard desk top applications like Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia FreeHand and Multi-Ad Creator/Creator.

All hardware and software used by CCI AdDesk are considered to be de facto standards such as AIX and UNIX servers from IBM and Sun Microsystems, Oracle SQL database, Windows 2000/XP PCs and Power Macintoshes running Mac OS X.

All CCI Software modules are written in C and C++, and the graphical user interfaces for all user applications are based on Windows 2000/XP.

CCI AdDesk Production can be either integrated with CCI AdDesk Sales to form the complete CCI AdDesk Solution and/or CCI NewsDesk.
